Orlando Print Company Sued by Ohio State University Over the Letter O

No matter the confidence you may have regarding design, you can not steal big brand design if you plan on making good money with it.
There is a limit to how much you can make on using someone else’s logo or design unless you have the approval of the company to do so. Even if it’s just one letter.
Below is a great example of why you shouldn’t copy and paste to this extent.
A local Orlando print and tee shirt maker, https://www.orlando-gear.com/ has been using and branding their ORLANDO brand with the famous square letter O that Ohio State University has used for so long. See image below and tell us what you think.
Now compare to the real OSU.
The infamous college located in the center of the northern state has submitted a lawsuit to the Orlando based printing company and are awaiting more news on this subject. We will report as soon as we know more on this story.
